Training & Colt Starting

Here at JF Performance Horses we specialize in colt starting, working with problem horses and tuning up older horses. Training consists of at least 45 minutes of work per day, 6 days a week. We will evaluate the horse during the first couple of days to judge how we will go about training your horse to its specific needs. Training comes with full board and costs 1000$ per month. We recommended a minimum of 3 months if you want the best results.  We  will send pictures and/or videos for updates weekly and we will also invite you to a training session.

1. Natural Horsemanship Methods
2. Correcting vices including-Bucking, Rearing, Running off, standing to be tied/for farrier, etc.
3. Trailer loading
4. Trail Riding/including water crossing and riding on road if wanted
5. Ponying (if needed)
6. Arena Work
